I was introduced to the fine products of Collins Street Bakery in the late 70's by my sister in NY City. Since then, my friends and I have enjoyed primarily the end-of-year fare that continue to greatly please the palate. My favorite is your Fruit Cake which is in a class of its own. I wish you much success in the future.

We have bought Collin Street Bakery Fruitcakes for over 15 years and there are none greater, the fruit & texture are always supberb, and they will keep for at last a year in the freezer, we only cut small portions and then rewrap and put the rest in the freezer. everyone who likes fruitcake LOVE Them

Our son, Hans, is currently a foreign exchange student in Costa Rica. He visited your pineapple farm recently, and was treated like royalty! He told me today how amazing your farm is, but more importantly how kind and generous every one of your staff has been to him! THANK YOU for taking such good care of him! We can't wait to taste your amazing, organic pineapples when we visit!!

I am a first time buyer, I saw your product on the "The Chew" cooking show. I enjoyed to see how your product was made, and their comments are what made me want to try your fruit cake. I am looking forward to receiving it, I'm sure when I taste it I will be ordering it again and sending one to family members in the future. Thanks for making a quality product.
