Collin Street Bakery's I-45 Store
 

Collin Street Bakery has just built its 2nd location just east of Corsicana,
on I-45 and Hwy 287 (exit 229).

Featuring custom-made sandwiches made fresh daily from our own unique breads, home style soups,
garden-fresh salads, and gourmet coffees at our Javalato Coffee Bar. And of course, all the other bakery
goodies you love, like Artisan Breads, Dozens of Varieties of Cookies, Pies, Cakes and Pastries.

The bakery's Southern Plantation Style architecture reflects its founding in Corsicana in
1896. You'll be greeted with tall white columns, big windows, high ceilings and lots of
shopping room. Plus a warm and inviting dining area where you can grab a meal
and relax from the road for a while.
