Apple Cinnamon Pecan Cake

Chunks of apples from the state of Washington are glaceed to bring out their essence.

After they're sprinkled with cinnamon, they're folded into our unique honey batter and smothered with native Texas pecans. And just before each cake is popped in the oven, each cake is hand decorated with a generous topping of pecan halves and slivered almonds.
