My Favorite Cheesecake of All Time! First I will start off with telling all I am a huge fan of cheesecake, but one that probably indulges a little more than I should! I will have to start off by telling you about my favorite Collin Street Bakery cheesecake. The Strawberry Cheesecake is very rich, smooth, creamy and really DELICIOUS! The texture is of a smooth consistency that reminds me of ice cream, and you gotta love that.
