Bread pudding made with DeLuxe® Fruitcake is one of the easiest recipes to make. Plus, it's so delicious, it'll disappear as soon as you put it on the table—yes, it’s that delicious. Here's how to make our Fruitcake Bread Pudding:
- STEP 1: Cut your leftover fruitcake into bite-size pieces and arrange them into the bottom of a baking dish
- STEP 2: Whisk together a splash of milk, a dash of sugar, and two large eggs in a bowl— pour this mixture over the fruitcake at the bottom of the baking dish
- STEP 3: Cover your baking dish and place your fruitcake mixture into the fridge for three to four hours
- STEP 4: Preheat your oven to 350 degrees and bake your mixture for 30 minutes or until golden brown.
