Each of our cakes is made from a proprietary blend of native Texas pecans, organically-grown Costa Rican pineapple, ripe Oregon cherries, and golden Californian raisins. Combined together in our Burleson honey-sweetened batter, our cakes are then individually poured into our iconic round pans.
