You will need the following ingredients:



How to make Deluxe® Fruit Cake Stuffing :


  1. Crumble Mini DeLuxe® Fruitcake on baking sheet.

  2. Use Collin Street Bakery Pecan Bread (or any bread).

  3. Cube bread and place on baking sheet.

  4. Place both Fruitcake and Bread in 350 degree oven for 8 minutes.

  5. Chop celery and onion.

  6. Sauté in 2 Tbsp of butter.

  7. Combine DeLuxe® Fruitcake and Pecan Bread in Large bowl.

  8. Sauteed celery & onion.

  9. 1 Tsp. Kosher Salt.

  10. ½ Tsp. dry rubbed sage.

  11. ½ Tsp. Tony Chachere’s Original Creole Seasoning.

  12. 1 Cup chicken broth.

  13. Stir until combined.

  14. Transfer to medium sized baking dish.

  15. Bake in 350 degree oven for 20 minutes.

The best fruitcake ever, and we also tried the Apricot Pecan Cake. We will be ordering these for everyone on our Christmas lists! I have never liked fruitcakes but I DO NOW!!!
