Packs will also be sold on a first-come, first-serve basis to walk-in customers. Additions & Substitution
Q: In addition to purchasing a Quarantine Kit, I am wanting to buy additional café items. Can I add those items to my order?
A: Yes, of course! Feel free to add your favorite Collin Street Bakery treats* to your order. Treats like our signature DeLuxe® fruitcake, Texas Pecan Cakes, cookies, and more!

Q: I just want a single item featured in your Packs. Can I purchase just that one item à la carte?
A: Unfortunately, no. All items featured in our Quarantine Packs must be purchased as a group.
Q: Can I substitute items in a Quarantine Pack for other café items?
A: Unfortunately, no. All items featured in the Quarantine Packs must be purchased as a group. Additional café items may be added to your purchase, however, no product substitutions may be made.
Reserving Your Quarantine Pack
Q: I want a Quarantine Pack. How do I reserve one?
A: Simply call our Downtown Corsicana location and one of our café Team Members will happily assist you - (903)-874-7477.
**Remember, Quarantine Packs are available on a first-come, first-serve basis, so calling sooner rather than later is encouraged.
Q: Can I call today to reserve a Quarantine Pack for tomorrow?
A: Unfortunately, no. Because items included in each Quarantine Pack are subject to change based on product availability, we will not be able to sell them days in advance. If you are interested in buying a Quarantine Pack, we encourage you to contact us each morning for information about daily product availability.
Pick Up & Delivery
Q: Are you offering delivery?
A: Yes, we are! Starting the week of March 30th, we will be offering $5.00 front porch delivery to customers within a three-mile radius of our Downtown Corsicana location. Deliveries will take place between the hours of 10:00 am and 3:00 pm. All delivery requests must be received by 10:00 AM to receive same-day delivery. Delivery requests made after 10:00 AM will not be accepted.
Q: I am interested in purchasing a Quarantine Pack. To which location should I drive and what are your hours of operation?
A: Currently, our only open location is our 7th Avenue, Downtown Corsicana Bakery & Café. Our adjusted hours of operation are Mon-Sat: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM and Sun: 12:00 PM – 4:00 PM.
Q: Do you offer curbside pickup?
A: Yes, we do! Starting the week of March 30th and between the hours of 7:30 AM and 2:00 PM, we will be manning a curbside canopy in our parking lot for “drive-thru” orders.
