There are plenty of things to be thankful for on Thanksgiving – the love of family and friends, a cozy home to keep out the chilly weather, and a feast starring a perfectly roasted turkey – but Thanksgiving pies have a special place in our hearts, as well. 

Move aside, fruitcake cynics Marc Murphy thinks Collin Street's version will turn you into a fruitcake fanatic. With nearly 1 million fruitcakes made each year, Collin Street packs their cake with Costa Rican papaya, Washington cherries and Texas pecans that make up almost a third of the cake.

More than a baker's dozen were honored Thursday night as the Collin Street Bakery awarded winners in its fourth annual Art Show.
